Thursday morning Virtual Yoga: The Empowered Yoga Program

Join us for this 12-week program each Thursday morning at 8:45 a.m. virtually. From grounding you and creating a strong foundation, to building core confidence, creating space within (body AND mind) and learning what you are capable of this is a wonderful Community of like-minded women to join. Participants begin as fellow yogis and end up being friends.

Join us to de-stress, and improve self-care strategies……so you can feel empowered throughout the week!
