As a Behaviour Change Specialist, Health Coach, Yogi, Mindfulness Coach, Menopause Coach and more - I work with my Clients to achieve the change in their life they are either looking for OR to amplify where they are right now. I will keep you focussed, on-track and accountable to you. We will ensure you are working towards your dreams and keep them in your sight.

Yoga is joy. It’s not trying to become a contortionist - it’s moving and creating space not only in body but in mind.
I focus on women who’ve not done it before but want to. Those who are beginners and need some support; those who are intermediate and want to play and strive for a bit more. Yoga is ALL about you, your body, your time.
So if you’ve been thinking about giving it a go but worried you can’t do it; (remember, even us Yogi’s started with knowing nothing about it!), then I am the one who will support you on your journey; beginning with your wishes and finding out the journey YOU want.

What I’ve learned over my years; my experience both professional and personal and most importantly my work with women…..is we are always evolving, changing, experiencing and….ON this journey towards menopause. Which is why I created the name “MENOHOOD”.
From puberty to our premenstrual challenges; our body prepping for motherhood (even if one doesn’t carry a child) …..and pre, peri, menopause and post-menopause. Our body never stops in the preparation.
From our hormones to how our brain works; and what is needed to keep this at optimal health. From how we move; what we move to nourishment. Sleep to stress; body and mind strength.
I’ve always worked with the brain; when we put actions into our life based on how healthy and strong we can keep our brain….THIS (as Dr. Lisa Mosconi said) is ALL women’s health.

Join us for this 12-week program each Thursday morning at 8:45 a.m. virtually. From grounding you and creating a strong foundation, to building core confidence, creating space within (body AND mind) and learning what you are capable of this is a wonderful Community of like-minded women to join. Participants begin as fellow yogis and end up being friends.
