This 12-week, one-on-one menopause-aware coaching experience is personalized support for navigating change with confidence and strength. Together, we’ll address the physical shifts, energy changes, hormonal shifts and emotional challenges of menopause through habit-creation, targeted movement, practical lifestyle strategies, and compassionate guidance—so you feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported in this season, not overwhelmed by it.

From grounding you and creating a strong foundation, to building core confidence, creating space within (body AND mind) and learning what you are capable of this is a wonderful Community of like-minded women to join. Participants begin as fellow yogis and end up being friends.
