Her Next Season: 12-week Menopause-specific 1:1 Coaching

What I’ve learned over my years; my experience both professional and personal and most importantly my work with women…..is we are always evolving, changing, experiencing and….ON this journey towards menopause. Which is why I created the name “MENOHOOD”.

From puberty to our premenstrual challenges; our body prepping for motherhood (even if one doesn’t carry a child) …..and pre, peri, menopause and post-menopause. Our body never stops in the preparation.

From our hormones to how our brain works; and what is needed to keep this at optimal health. From how we move; what we move to nourishment. Sleep to stress; body and mind strength.
I’ve always worked with the brain; when we put actions into our life based on how healthy and strong we can keep our brain….THIS (as Dr. Lisa Mosconi said) is ALL women’s health.

So join me; find methods and learn what YOU can do - wherever you are on this journey because be it stress, strength or symptoms and anything else. We al need to do what we can for our cognitive and physical health.
