Fitness: It’s all in the HOW baby! Join this Program for the most up-to-date, fast and fabulous methods, strategies and actions that are best for us down to a cellular level. Quick, concise videos to play to your heart’s content and get fitter and more fabulous as you do so! At EVERY age.
Flexibility/Meditation: Don’t ignore these beauties. There is much to benefit from with regards to a flexibility, balance, stability and calm program. We need the calm with the strong. How we hold ourselves infuses us with confidence. When we are flexible, we create also stability. To enhance mobility. When we move more we are happier. See? It’s all connected. And not to forget the breathing aspect. Unsung hero of health. De-stressing, kicking anxiety to the curb, releasing cortisol (or rather “relieving”) and ……again creating space within. Not to mention helping GREY MATTER GROW.
CONNECTION. This program is ALL about connection too. From helping each other stay motivated to what it does for the health of our brain. There will be weekly and monthly check-ins and and every 3 months social. Helping you to stay on track and in fabulousness.
This program is laid out for you: you will be guided to spend time each week to layout your plan for the week - just as you would plan your meals (and if right now you are thinking “I never plan out my meals”..don’t worry; you’re covered here with that too).
Your journey depends on you. What we put into it determines what we get out of it.
